Mr. Dwight Shrute, Director of Marketing
Infinity Wireless
701 E. Joppa Road Towson, MD 21286

Dear Dwight:

I enjoyed speaking with you yesterday at the New Markets / New Media conference regarding Infinity's need to promote its services to Gen Y consumers. Enclosed you will find a prospectus for the report I mentioned describing the new mobile devices released by Microsoft; Kin 1 & 2.

As you noted yesterday, Infinity feels that in order to succeed as a new cellular provider, they must meet the needs of Gen Y consumers. I believe Proximity can work with you (who) to devise a comprehensive campaign that will promote Microsoft's Kin 1 & 2 as the future of Gen Y mobile devices.

We can provide you with proximity focus group results that will help in delivering infinity’s image to Gen Y consumers as a new and exciting cellular provider. Our specialized Gen Y faculty can advise your sales force on how to position the Kin 1 & 2 to generate the most revenue, while our production teams can ensure Gen Y targeted advertisements outside your store. In addition, we have trained student marketers who can promote Infinity on social networks such as Twitter. Our research shows that using student representatives to friend social networkers is a far more effective strategy for reaching Gen Y than buying conventional banner ads.

I invite you and your staff to join us at Proximity’s Towson office for a special focus group session on Infinity's Gen Y brand image. After that session, you can meet with members of our group to discuss how Proximity can help you meet your marketing goals.

Sincerely,
McGregor Kennedy
Associate Media Director
